Service Agreement

By scheduling service with Cowtown Drain, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all drain cleaning, sewer line cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection, and related services provided at residential and commercial properties in Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding Tarrant County communities.

Pricing and Payment

Cowtown Drain provides upfront flat-rate pricing before any work begins. The quoted price is the price on the invoice for the scope of work described at the time of the quote. If additional scope is identified during service — for example, if a camera inspection reveals structural damage that requires separate repair work — any additional cost is communicated to and approved by the customer before additional work proceeds. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scope of Work and Limitations

Drain cleaning and sewer line cleaning services address blockages, buildup, and root intrusion within the pipe. These services do not address structural pipe damage, collapsed sections, or conditions that require pipe repair or replacement. If camera inspection reveals structural conditions beyond the scope of cleaning, those findings are reported to the customer with a clear explanation of what cleaning can and cannot address. Cowtown Drain does not perform pipe repair or replacement services — structural repair referrals are provided where applicable.

Access and Property

The customer is responsible for providing access to the cleanout, affected drain locations, and any crawl space or utility area necessary for service. Cowtown Drain technicians will take reasonable care with the customer's property during service. Cowtown Drain is not liable for pre-existing damage to pipes, fixtures, or property that was present before service commenced. If a technician identifies pre-existing damage before beginning work, it will be documented and brought to the customer's attention.

Warranty

Drain and sewer line cleaning services are warranted against the same blockage returning due to the same cause for 30 days following service, provided the customer has not used chemical drain cleaners in the line after service. Root intrusion returns over time because roots regrow — the warranty covers the cleaning service, not the prevention of future biological regrowth. Any warranty claim is addressed by Cowtown Drain at no additional charge within the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Cowtown Drain's liability for any service is limited to the price paid for that service. Cowtown Drain is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from any drain or sewer condition, including but not limited to water damage resulting from pre-existing pipe conditions discovered during service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided are subject to the jurisdiction of Tarrant County, Texas.
